About Us

Our Story

We spent a decade in enterprise consulting. Then we built something for every organization that deserves the same caliber of guidance.

Our team spent over a decade in enterprise Salesforce consulting. Executive leadership, Fortune 500 clients, large-scale implementations. We were good at it. Really good, actually. But the work we kept thinking about wasn't just the big contracts. It was the relationships. The organizations where we got to sit down, understand the work, and build something that actually fit.

The nonprofit law firms. The community colleges. The credit unions. The mission-driven teams and organizations that shaped how we think about technology and the people who use it.

Every organization, whether it's a 20-person nonprofit or a 2,000-person enterprise, deserves the same caliber of technology guidance: clear, honest, and built around how their team actually works. Not a one-size-fits-all playbook. Not a pitch dressed up as a recommendation. So we built Connected Path Partners to deliver that, at every scale.

We started in 2023 out of Rochester and Albany, NY. Salesforce is still at the heart of what we do. Our team carries decades of platform expertise and deep certifications across the ecosystem, and we continue to deliver Salesforce implementations and managed services across the board. But the more organizations we worked with, the clearer it became: the problem was rarely just about the platform. It was about process. How teams worked. What technology would actually help, and where it wouldn't.

So we expanded. Deliberately. From a Salesforce-focused firm to a full technology advisory practice with 25+ platforms in our toolkit: CRM, marketing automation, operations, data, and AI, including the full Salesforce ecosystem. Recommendations based on what's right for you, whether that's a Salesforce Marketing Cloud rollout, a HubSpot migration, or a process redesign that doesn't need new software at all. That's not a marketing line. It's how we've built every client relationship we have.

Then AI showed up. Not the hype version. The version where a development director spending 12 hours on grant applications gets a solid first draft in 30 minutes. Where a case manager drowning in documentation reclaims hours every week for the people actually sitting across from them. We built an AI practice because it was the obvious next step in what we've always done: helping teams work smarter without losing what makes them human.

Connected Path Partners was co-founded by a woman and a minority business owner as equal partners. That's not a footnote. It shapes how we show up for every client, whose voices we center in our work, and why we believe technology should serve everyone, not just the organizations that can afford the biggest contracts.

The Team

We're a small, senior team. By design. The people you meet are the people who do the work. Every conversation, every recommendation, everything we deliver comes from someone with 15+ years of experience. No handoffs. No B-team.

What Drives Our Work

Process before platform

We learn how your team works before we recommend anything. The best technology in the world can't fix a broken workflow.

Honest guidance, always

We recommend what fits your organization, even when the right answer is simpler or cheaper than you expected.

Relationships, not transactions

Our clients stay because the partnership works. We build trust by earning it, every single engagement.

Our Consulting Code

Ten principles that guide every conversation, every recommendation, and every engagement. These aren't aspirational statements on a wall. They're the rules we actually follow, on every project, with every client. If we ever break one, call us on it.

I. Do No Harm

We never recommend a solution that puts your mission, people, or data at risk. If we can't do it responsibly, we don't do it. That means we assess risk before suggesting any technology, and if your organization isn't ready for something complex, we'll say so, even if it means a smaller project for us.

II. Lead with Empathy

We listen to understand, not to respond. Every organization has a story, constraints, and fears we need to hear before we prescribe anything. Discovery comes before recommendations. Always.

III. Teach, Don't Create Dependency

Our goal is to make you capable, not captive. Every engagement should leave your organization stronger and smarter than we found it. Knowledge transfer isn't an afterthought. It's a core part of what you get from us.

IV. Your Cause Is Our Cause

We succeed only when your mission advances. We measure ourselves by your impact, not our invoices. And honestly, we genuinely enjoy this work. If we're not energized by helping your organization thrive, something's off.

V. Right Tool for the Job

We are solution-agnostic. CRM, AI, project management, process redesign. We recommend what's right for you, even when it's not what's most profitable for us. We work across 25+ platforms, and we have no vendor relationships that bias our recommendations.

VI. Process First, Technology Second

The best software in the world can't fix a broken process. We start with how your team actually works, then find the technology that amplifies it. If your intake process has three redundant steps, adding a fancy tool just automates waste.

VII. Start Where You Are

Transformation doesn't require perfection. We build from your current reality, your budget, your team's comfort level, your existing tools. Not some idealized version. If your team runs on spreadsheets, we might start by making those spreadsheets smarter before introducing a CRM.

VIII. Radical Transparency

No black boxes, no hidden agendas. We explain what we recommend, why, what it costs, and where it falls short. If we don't know something, we say so. We'd rather lose a deal with honesty than win one with vague promises.

IX. Amplify, Don't Replace

Technology serves people, not the other way around. Every solution we deliver should make your team more effective at what only humans can do: building relationships, serving communities, advancing your mission.

X. Build to Last, Not to Lock In

Every solution should work without us. Your data, your systems, your independence. We want you to stay because we earn it, not because you're stuck. The best compliment we get? "We could do this without you, but we don't want to."

Ready to Talk?

You don't need to have it all figured out. Most of our best client relationships started with "we think we need help, but we're not sure where to start."
