CRM Implementation

A CRM should make your team's life easier. When it's set up right, it connects your people, your data, and your workflows in ways that actually help you do your job. When it's set up wrong, it becomes the thing everyone dreads opening. We make sure you end up with the first version.

01

Finding the Right Platform

Here's the thing most CRM vendors won't tell you: the best CRM is the one your team will actually use. We start every engagement by understanding how your team works today, not by pushing a particular product. Connected Path Partners has implemented Salesforce, HubSpot, and a range of other platforms across 200+ projects. That experience means we can give you an honest comparison based on your actual needs.

If you already know which platform you want, great. We'll make sure it's configured to match your workflows, not the other way around.

02

Implementation That Sticks

We handle the full process: system configuration, data migration, integrations with your existing tools, and hands-on training for your team. But here's what makes the difference. We don't just build the system and disappear. Our special sauce is that we teach along the way, so your team understands how to manage and evolve the CRM after we're done.

Data migration gets its own careful attention. Your existing data, whether it's in spreadsheets, an old database, or another CRM, gets cleaned, mapped, and moved with a plan. Every field, every record. Not just dumped into a new system and hoped for the best.

03

CRM Quickstart

Not every implementation needs to be a six-month project. Our Quickstart engagements are designed to get your team up and running on a new CRM in about 4 weeks, configured for your workflows, loaded with your data, and ready to use on day one.

Quickstarts work best when you know what platform you want, your data is relatively clean, and your team is ready to hit the ground running. We handle configuration, core data migration, essential integrations, and hands-on training. Everything you need to go live with confidence, without the overhead of a longer engagement.

If your needs turn out to be more complex, we'll tell you that upfront. No one benefits from cutting corners on a system your team will use every day.

Let's Talk

Who It's For

You might need CRM implementation if:

  • You're tracking contacts and donations in spreadsheets and it's getting unmanageable
  • You've outgrown your current CRM and need to switch platforms without losing data
  • You bought a CRM six months ago and it's still sitting there half-configured (we see this a lot)
  • Your team avoids the CRM because it doesn't match how they actually work
  • You need to connect your CRM to your email marketing, website forms, or accounting tools
  • You're starting fresh and want to get it right the first time

Common Questions

How do we know which CRM is right for us?

It depends on your team size, budget, technical comfort, and what you need the system to do. Connected Path Partners evaluates your requirements and recommends a platform that fits. Sometimes that's Salesforce. Sometimes it's HubSpot. Sometimes it's something you haven't considered yet. We don't have a dog in the fight.

How long does a CRM implementation take?

A straightforward setup can take 4 to 6 weeks. More involved projects with data migration, custom workflows, and integrations typically run 2 to 4 months. Complex multi-department implementations can go longer. We scope every project before it starts so you know what to expect.

What happens to our existing data?

We audit your current data, clean it, map it to the new system, and test the migration before going live. Your data doesn't just get moved, it gets organized. We've migrated data from spreadsheets, legacy databases, and other CRMs across hundreds of engagements.

Will our team actually know how to use the new system?

That's the entire point. Honestly, it's the part we care about most. Your team gets hands-on sessions tailored to their specific roles, not a generic webinar. We create documentation specific to your setup. And if questions come up after launch, we're still around.

Can you connect our CRM to our other tools?

Yes. We regularly integrate CRMs with email marketing platforms, website forms, accounting systems, and other operational tools. We'll map out which integrations make sense for your workflow during the planning phase.
