Meet our team!

Meet Alex Maroselli, Co-Founder!

Hello and welcome! My name is Alex and along with Vinu, I’m a Co-Founder of Connected Path Partners.

Alex’s co-worker, Henry. You are likely to hear his snores on calls.

My Salesforce journey starts off similar to many of our clients. Shortly into one of my first “adult” jobs at an amazing nonprofit in Rochester, NY, I received a line many of us know all too well: “hey we have this new system… but we don’t know how to use it. You’re young, you know technology… here ya go.” And I’m forever grateful that it was Salesforce. And immediately I became infatuated with the system and how customizable it is to really amplify the operations of nonprofit organizations.

I knew I wanted to even more Nonprofits & Educational institutes maximize the use of the tool, so I’ve spent the past 7 years in the Consulting world focusing on establishing long-lasting partnerships to guide hundreds of clients across a variety of industries with their Salesforce instances. I’ve served in a variety of roles including Consultant, Architect & Trainer, and have had the privilege to growing & leading teams of Engineers on how to effectively build, architect, systemize devops, protect security, craft UI/UX experiences, and more.

Connected Path Partners is our opportunity to build long-lasting partnerships with our clients and empower them to increase their footprint in the world. I’m excited to dive in to the deep end, teach as we go, and solve complex problems by designing solutions to grow with your organization.

Outside of work, I’m love spending time with my husband, Matt and our furbaby, Henry exploring the many trails in our town outside of Rochester, NY alongside both of our families. I’m also an avid runner, often training for some kind of race, bookworm, baker, and continuing trying to train my green thumb & keep my plants alive (working hard on that last one). Also be forewarned, I’m a giant cheeseball who can’t wait to share some great [terrible] jokes!

Meet Vinu Vijayan, Co-Founder!

Hi there! My name is Vinu and along with Alex, I’m a Co-Founder of Connected Path Partners.

Bella, Vinu’s first kid. Often demand pets on calls

I stumbled onto Salesforce shortly after graduating from college where I was hired to support a new Salesforce implementation for a local higher education institution serving undergraduates, graduates, and continuing education students. After spending 5 years there, I worked at two different consultancies delivering Salesforce services to customers of varying size and complexity, across multiple industries including Nonprofit and Education.

What has 13+ years of Salesforce consulting experience taught me? Salesforce is an incredibly adaptive platform where I’ve seen some amazing solutions come to life. None of these solutions would be possible without two things:

  • Customers sharing their stories & challenges
  • Amazing Salesforce professionals who listen and design solutions that advance our customers forward

With Connected Path Partners, I hope to be able to highlight our skills in building relationships with our customers, to get at new and interesting stories that Salesforce can help solve, and help support moving the impactful missions of our customers forward.

When I’m not supporting our customers or our team, my interests revolve around my family. I’m a husband to my loving wife, father to a young daughter, and a pawrent to a yellow labrador. We are usually chasing each other around our home in Albany, NY. Home is also where you’ll find me watching YouTube car videos as my love for technology extends to the automotive industry or begrudgingly working on house projects.
